Services and Payment

Cancellations require a minimum of a 24 hour notice in advance. Things come up sometimes, like you're double booked or have a sick kid. For this reason I allow 2 "freebies" per calendar year. After that, I charge a $100 late cancellation/no show fee, which isn't billable to insurance. Virtual appointments are good alternatives to in person sometimes too!

We are in network with several major insurance plans.

Finances and insurance coverage should not be a barrier to receiving services. Please ask about our private pay reduced rates for those not using insurance. Payment is due at time of service.
