Insurance Accepted

We are in network with several major insurance plans including: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Health, and Health Partners.

Payment Options

Payments can be made in the Sessions Portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide receipts and supporting documentation for you if needed.

Private Pay Reduced Rates

Finances and insurance coverage should not be a barrier to receiving services. Please ask about our private pay reduced rates for those not using insurance. Payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellations require a minimum of a 24 hour notice in advance. Things come up sometimes, like you're double booked or have a sick kid. For this reason I allow 2 "freebies" per calendar year. After that, I charge a $100 late cancellation/no show fee, which isn't billable to insurance. Virtual appointments are good alternatives to in person sometimes too!
